Ravindra Singh Mohnot is the founder of the Firm and a leading practicing Chartered Accountant with expertise across almost all sectors of financial and management services. With over four decades of experience handling corporate affairs, he has worked extensively with professionally managed corporates as a management consultant. He is also an investment advisor, providing advisory services to multinationals, NRIs, new set-ups, mergers and acquisitions, and more. An active mentor to start-ups and a member of marketing and branding committees of several corporates, he prides himself on a thorough understanding of Indian laws, regulations and the complex corporate taxation system. He continues to guide the partners, students and employees towards the highest standards of ethics and service.

Narender Mittal

Narender Mittal, a Chartered Accountant of the 1987 batch, has been with the Firm since then. He has a thorough understanding of Indian laws, regulations and the complex corporate taxation system. His expertise spans business advisory and planning (system study, analysis and design; risk management; mergers and acquisitions; strategic planning), international taxation (FEMA and FDI matters, cross-border transactions, transfer pricing), management consulting (financial, project and management consultancy; feasibility studies; costing systems; due diligence and share valuation), tax planning and compliance, audit, direct & indirect taxation, legal compliance, and forensic accounting.

Vijay Kumar Bijaka

Vijay Kumar Bijaka is a Chartered Accountant with more than 12 years of professional experience and leads the Audit & Assurance Department of the Firm. He specializes in statutory, internal and management audits of large and medium-sized corporates and LLP clients, and has conducted statutory branch audits of scheduled banks. With deep knowledge of corporate tax and GST, he provides consultancy on income tax planning, investment advisory and GST transactions. He has rich experience in Ind-AS implementation, due diligence review and project financing, and ensures the Firm adheres to ICAI standards and Peer Review Board guidelines.

Alok Modani

Alok Modani is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has been part of the Firm for 19 years. He has vast experience in tax planning strategies for individuals and businesses, tax litigation (responses to tax notices, TDS matters, penalty proceedings, compounding matters, scrutiny assessments and appeals), legal compliance, and liaisoning with government and semi-government departments. He conducts statutory and tax audits, prepares MIS and financial reports for management, finalizes balance sheets, and ensures compliance with accounting standards while working in an ERP environment.

Amit Agrawal is a qualified Chartered Accountant with more than 11 years of experience working with listed and unlisted companies. He has rich experience in bank finance, auditing, and direct & indirect taxation laws, conducting statutory, tax and internal audits of large and medium-sized corporates. He emphasizes building strong systems for accurate accounting and timely compliance, and is involved in the preparation of MIS and financial reports, finalization of balance sheets, and working in an ERP environment.
